Hello! Today I thought I'd show you what I use to contour. I would be lying if I said I did this everyday. Most days I tend to stick to a more simple routine consisting of foundation and abit of bronzer but if I'm going somewhere nice or have a few extra minutes to do my makeup I like to use my Bobbi Brown foundation stick in golden. I bought this intentionally for contouring as clearly its way too dark for my skin tone. I had really wanted to try out a Nars matte multiple for contouring but when I found and swatched this, I really loved the colour and its golden/honey tone.
You could apply it straight from the stick but I find it can look a little heavy if you're not too careful. I prefer to use my real techniques foundation brush and here is where I apply it.

I apply the contour on the top of my forehead, the sides of my forehead, temples,just below my cheekbones, on the outer edges of my nose and on my jawline and then blend it all in with my real techniques buffing brush :)
After it's all blended in I think it gives a really pretty but subtle contour for my skin colour.
